Description
Silicone-Elastomer-Gel-EG937 a mixture of high molecular weight Dimethicone Crosspolymer (and) Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer in Cyclopentasiloxane. It is a slightly translucent gel, which could be dispersed in oil phase excellently.

How to use
v It can be added to the oil phase or silicone phase in an emulsion formulation.
v It can be post-added to emulsions provided the emulsion is viscous enough for the products to be dispersed.
v For ease use, blending with Dimethicone or cyclomethicone to reduce its viscosity.
v When heat is used, the material should be processed in an enclosed vessel to prevent the cylcopentasiloxane from volatilizing.
v The recommended processing temperature should not be over 60℃.
The product would become very thick or even lumpy after a period of time. This is normal and it will recovery to original state after slightly agitate. The recommended usage level is 1%-20%.
Storage
It is non-dangerous. In storage and transportation, prevent from the exposure of moisture, acids, alkalis, the sun and rain directly. The product has 24 months shelf life from the date of production at room temperature in seal-tight condition. The storage temperature could not be over 60℃.
