- EMU51 is compatible with acrylic acid, alkyd, epoxy, nitrocellulose, polyester, polyurethane, and ethylene resin systems. It is used in various paint and ink systems such as water-based gravure ink, relief ink, water-based gloss varnish, water-based industrial coatings, interior wall latex paint, and wood floor coatings.
- It takes effect at low concentrations, and the specific dosage depends on the formula type, solvent, resin system, and total solid content, or depending on the required different properties; It can be added during grinding, painting, or the final stage. The recommended dosage for use can be 0.05-3% of the overall formula weight
- It can be simply diluted or directly added to the system in proportion for use; After joining the system, it is necessary to stir thoroughly and evenly before use.
- Considering possible compatibility issues, when using EMU51 in combination with other leather additives, compatibility tests should be conducted in advance.
