Description

EMU101 is an silicon feeling agent modified by special functional groups. The active content reaches 100% or above, and can be used directly after dilution with water, making it convenient and environmentally friendly for application.It is a non ionic environmentally friendly product. When combined with anionic and non ionic resins, it can give its film a better fullness, and when used on leather, it can give a moisturizing feel.

How to use:

EMU101 is suitable for the hand feel agent spraying process of genuine leather and synthetic leather. As EMU101 is a product with 100% active content, it cannot be used directly. Before use, the product needs to be diluted with water to a certain amount of aqueous solution before use. When diluting, the required total water should be divided into several parts and added in steps. After each addition of water, ensure that the mixture is thoroughly stirred until all water is added. Stir for a certain period of time and filter before use. If the diluted aqueous solution needs to be stored for a long time, an appropriate amount of preservative needs to be added, and the pH value should be adjusted to weak acidity with glacial acetic acid.
