Key American Client Conducts On-Site Visit to LANCHEMIE, Deepening Long-Term Strategic Cooperation

In October 2025, LANCHEMIE welcomed the first on-site visit from a key client in the Americas. The partnership between this client and LANCHEMIE originated from an international chemical exhibition. Over the years, the client has continuously purchased a variety of core products including silicone oil, silicone resin, and silicone rubber, and has consistently maintained high recognition for the company's product quality, packaging standards, logistics timeliness, and technical services.

During the visit, the client focused on core aspects such as the product production process, quality control system, laboratory testing capabilities, and warehousing and logistics support. The LANCHEMIE team accompanied the client throughout the tour of the intelligent production workshop, R&D laboratory, Class 10,000 clean filling area, and constant-temperature warehousing center. They demonstrated in detail the full-process quality control links, including incoming raw material inspection, on-line monitoring of the production process, and multiple verifications of finished products, and conducted in-depth communications on issues of concern to the client such as customized production and emergency supply. After the visit, the client highly praised the production strength, technical level, and service system of LANCHEMIE's factory, clearly expressed the willingness to expand procurement scale and deepen cooperation in segmented fields, and the two parties reached a preliminary consensus on the joint R&D of key products in the next phase.
