LANCHEMIE Silicone Diffusion Pump Oil is produced through hydrolysis, polycondensation, neutralization, dehydration, and high-vacuum distillation. Methylphenyl and dimethyl siloxane monomers react under controlled conditions to form linear polysiloxanes. Low boilers, solvents, and residual catalysts are removed step by step.


To improve purity: use high-purity raw materials, apply multi-stage molecular distillation under ultra-high vacuum (<0.1 Pa), adopt activated adsorption and fine filtration, and maintain inert nitrogen protection throughout processing.
