Applications of Oil Based Silicone Release Agent.docx LC-1631

• Polyester,  polyether  single  density  soles,  federal  shoes,  labor  protection  shoes,  sports shoes, PU microporous elastomers and other PU products.

How to uses

• Mold surface to clean, remove before residual release agent and residue. Clean the surface of the mold with a mold cleaner or other suitable solvent and wipe it clean with a clean cloth. LC-1631 is a release agent concentrate diluted with solvent before use. A mixture of 5 parts chlorinated solvent is recommended.

• Diluted release agent can be evenly coated on the mold by spraying, brushing and wiping. 2-3 times of release agent should be sprayed for the first time. Release agent should be uniform and kept moist. After  solvent volatilization, a thin release agent film  layer is formed on the surface of the mold, that is, the perfumable molding production.

• According to the complexity of the mold and the molding material, usually 2-3 molds are sprayed once, and the release agent is reapplied regularly to improve the next perfusion film release effect and the smooth appearance of the product.

• N.W.25KG or 200KG Drums or according to customer request.

Storage

• The product is stored in a sealed environment of -10℃-40  ℃.

• In sealed storage, the shelf life is 18 months from the date of production.

• The products beyond the  shelf life  can  continue to be used  after the test reaches the standard.
