Applications of LSR For Silicone Mold 2625#

• Mainly used for the replication of various resin handicrafts and the production of molds in the gypsum, cement, electronics, and automotive toy industries.

How to uses

• Weighing: Weigh components A and B according to the mixing weight ratio;

• Mixing: Mix the two components of the adhesive thoroughly and use specialized mixing equipment (such as a small mixer). When mixing by hand, pay attention to scraping the walls and stir the bottom and edges of the container thoroughly;

• Defoaming: Vacuum degassing in specialized mixing equipment. Alternatively, the mixed rubber material and mixing container can be placed in a vacuum defoaming device and vacuumed for defoaming treatment. During the vacuum degassing process, the liquid level of the mixture may rise to 3-4 times the original volume, and then automatically burst and collapse. After breaking the bubble, maintain the vacuum for 1-2 minutes and release the vacuum;

• Brushing or pouring molds: If the surface of the mold is relatively rough, a release agent can be applied to prevent sticking to the mold;

Storage
