Extruded Fluorosilicone Rubber LC-FS2760

LC-FS2760 is a fluorosilicone rubber compound suitable for double tetrasulfide extrusion molding. It uses trifluoropropyl methyl siloxane raw rubber as the base material, and precisely regulates the Mooney viscosity, cross-linking system, and filler dispersion through the formula. It is compatible with the continuous molding process of extruders and can be directly extruded into continuous fluorosilicone products such as rubber hoses, sealing strips, cable sheaths, etc. On the basis of retaining the core properties of fluorosilicone materials such as oil resistance, high and low temperature resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance, it has excellent extrusion molding performance, surface smoothness, and dimensional stability. It is a special raw material for the large-scale production of fluorosilicone rubber continuous products and is widely used in extrusion sealing, protection, and insulation products in the fields of automobiles, aerospace, electronics and electrical engineering, petrochemicals, etc.
