LANCHEMIE Expands Silicone Oil Production Base, Fully Automated Capacity Rises to 5,000 Tons per Month

    To meet the growing global demand for high-quality silicone oil in the food, daily chemical, and industrial fields, LANCHEMIE’s silicone oil plant has launched the Phase II expansion project. The newly built intelligent production workshop has entered the equipment installation and commissioning stage. This phase will add 8 fully automated silicone oil production lines, and upon commissioning, the monthly capacity will be increased from the current scale to 5,000 tons. The entire process—from raw material proportioning, reaction synthesis, and finished product testing to filling and packaging—will be fully automated without manual intervention.
