• Eye makeup: eye shadow, eyeliner pencil, eye black, with the addition amount of 2%~8%, to enhance the waterproof and durability, and prevent dizziness.

• Lip makeup: Lipstick and lip gloss, with an added amount of 1% to 5%, to enhance smoothness and color retention, avoiding contact with the cup.

Skin care products

• Sunscreen products: waterproof sunscreen, isolation cream, with an added amount of 0.5% to 3%, to enhance the dispersibility and waterproofness of sunscreen agents, while improving skin texture;

• Matte skin care products: oil control lotion, face cream, with the addition amount of 1%~5%, to absorb excess oil from the skin and create a matte skin feel;

• Repair products: can form a protective film, reduce external irritation to the skin, and enhance the durability of the product.

How to use

Adding method

• Powder formula: Mix directly with other powders evenly, and improve dispersibility through airflow crushing or ball milling;

• Liquid/Emulsification Formula: Liquid form can be directly added to the oil phase, heated to 60-70 ℃ and stirred evenly; The powder should be dispersed in silicone oil or esters before adding the oil phase to avoid aggregation.

Suggestions for compounding

• Makeup base: compounded with silane talcum powder and mica to enhance smoothness and makeup retention; Compound with polydimethylsiloxane to improve spreading properties.

• Waterproof and sunscreen: compounded with titanium dioxide and zinc oxide to enhance the dispersibility and waterproofness of sunscreen agents; Combined with C30-45 alkyl methyl siloxane to enhance waterproofing effect.

• Hair care styling: compounded with amino silicone oil, balancing styling power and hair softness; Combined with cyclic siloxane to enhance smoothness.

Precautions

• Excessive addition of powder type (>10%) may cause the product to dry and get stuck in powder. It is necessary to control the dosage and compound moisturizing ingredients;
