Application of Hydrofluoroether LC-HFE105

• It is an environmentally friendly solvent that can be used as a cleaning agent, desiccant, and thermal fluid.

• It is applied in the fields of electronics, precision manufacturing, fluorine chemical industry, daily chemical industry, etc. It is the core raw material for precision and rapid cleaning, low boiling propellants, and can be directly used as finished products in some scenarios:

• Electronic precision rapid cleaning

• Aerosol propellant

• Electronic fluorine liquid/protective liquid: Immersion cooling liquid for micro liquid cooling components in data centers, as well as moisture-proof and insulating fluorine liquid for electronic components.

• Fluorine based material processing: Low boiling diluents/film-forming aids for fluorocarbon resins, fluorine based coatings, and fluorosilicone rubber.

• Cleaning of precision mechanical micro components: degreasing and cleaning of aerospace, military micro precision bearings, and micro gears.

Package

• It should  be  packed   in  clean,  dry  storage  tanks  without   other impurities, lined with rubber cover and sealed lid. It is usually packed in 200L lined drums with a net content of 250kg per drum. If customers have any requirements, it will be packed according to the requirements of customers.

Storage

• It should be stored in a cool and dry place away from heat sources, with good ventilation, and prohibited from sunshine and rain.
