Applications of Polyvinyl Silicone Oil LC-PV500

• Additive formed silicone rubber production: As a core crosslinking agent, it is used to prepare high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber (HTV), liquid silicone rubber (LSR), and produce seals, mold adhesives, medical silicone products, etc.

• Organic silicon potting adhesive: used for potting electronic components, improving the insulation, moisture resistance, and impact resistance of products, and protecting precision components such as chips and sensors.

• Silicone resin modification: As an active monomer, modify silicone resin coatings and adhesives to enhance the adhesion, scratch resistance, and high temperature resistance of coatings.

• 3D printing materials: used for preparing photocurable silicone 3D printing resins, endowing printed products with excellent elasticity and temperature resistance.

• Textile and leather additives: compounded with hydrogen containing silicone oil, used for fabric and leather finishing, giving the material a soft hand feel, anti-static properties, and washability.
