Excellent compatibility and styling performance

• It has excellent compatibility with powders (talcum powder, mica, titanium dioxide), hydrocarbon grease (mineral oil, synthetic isoparaffins), and waxes (beeswax, paraffin). It can be used in makeup formulas with high powder content (such as powder, powder powder, eye shadow) to improve the dispersion and smoothness of the powder.

How to uses

Adding method

• Anhydrous/Powder Formula: Directly add to the anhydrous system or mix with the powder, stir evenly at high speed, without heating; In high powder formulations, a small amount of C13-15 alkane can be pre mixed before adding the powder to improve dispersibility.

• Oil phase formula: Add directly to the oil phase system, stir evenly at room temperature, and no heating is required.

• Emulsification formula: Add after heating the oil phase to 60-70 ℃, stir evenly, and emulsify with the water phase. Cool down to below 40 ℃ and then add active ingredients (such as sodium hyaluronate and vitamin C).

Suggestions for compounding

• Makeup base: Formulated with polymethylsilsesquioxane to enhance makeup retention and waterproofness; Compound with silane powder to enhance matte effect and dispersibility.

• Hair care styling: Combined with C30-45 Alkyldimethylsilyl Polypropylsilsesquioxane to enhance styling and waterproofing; Compound with isoparaffins to enhance freshness.

• Skincare and oil control: Compound with sodium hyaluronate to balance oil control and moisturizing; Combined with polyglycerol ester emulsifiers to enhance stability in O/W systems.

• The carrier C13-15 Alkane is a mildly volatile hydrocarbon that needs to be sealed during storage to avoid volume shrinkage and viscosity increase caused by solvent evaporation.

Storage

• It is non-dangerous. In storage and transportation, prevent from the exposure of moisture, acids, alkalis, the sun and rain directly. The product has 24 months shelf life from the date of production at room temperature in seal-tight condition. The storage temperature could not be over 60℃.
