Applications of Amino Silicone Oil AS-313

HOW TO USE

• Mix AS-313 and surfactant for 10 minutes.

• Concentrate and shrink, stir for 10 minutes. The viscosity will increase.

• Add a small amount of dilution water and stir completely after 30 minutes.

• Add acetic acid and the last remaining water to make the lotion crystal clear.

Pad dyeing

• Wash the material with a non-ionic surfactant and rinse thoroughly, then acid wash it with 2g/L acetic acid for 5 minutes to neutralize any residual alkali solution from the previous process, in order to avoid instability of the pad dye and the appearance of oil stains or roller sticking on the fabric.

• If anti wrinkle resin is used, it should be diluted in the mixing tank according to the manufacturer's instructions. If the temperature is too high, it should be cooled to below 30 ℃ before adding silicon lotion.

• Dilute the required amount of silicone lotion in advance with about equal volume of cold water, and then add it into the mixing tank.

• If using anti wrinkle resin catalyst, it needs to be diluted with equal weight of water in advance and then added to the mixing tank.

• Add cold water to the final volume, then adjust the pH to 4.5-5.5 with acetic acid to improve softness and stability of the dyeing solution.

Dyeing

• Wash the material with a non-ionic surfactant and rinse thoroughly, then acid wash with 2 g/L acetic acid for 5 minutes. Neutralize the residual alkali solution in the previous steps and reduce the dyeing speed.

• Dilute the required amount of silicone lotion in advance with about equal volume of water. The ratio of liquid to material is 20-30:1. Prepare fresh bath solution and adjust the pH value to 3.5-4.5 with acetic acid.

• Let it sit for 10 minutes, raise the temperature to 35-40 ℃, and hold for 20-30 minutes to complete the suction.
