How to uses

• Water-in-silicone emulsions can be easily prepared by slow addition of the aqueous phase to the oil phase using a variety of common mixing devices.

• Add the water phase slowly to the oil phase using a high-speed mixer to enhance the stability of W/O emulsion. Increasing the viscosity by increasing the proportion of water phase.

• Use a homogeniser to stabilize the product further.

• Electrolytes, preferably NaCl at a level of 1~2% should be added to the water phase to ensure long-term stability.

• The emulsion can be made at ambient temperature if the formulation is free from solid ingredients.

• Transport as non-hazardous chemicals.

• Keep away from fire, sunlight and rain during storage and transportation.

• Containers should be kept tightly closed and away from heat sparks, open flames, and other sources of ignition.
