Application of Amino Silicone Oil AS-301
Soft finishing of cotton and linen natural fiber fabrics
Specially designed for impregnating, rolling, and finishing natural fabrics such as cotton, linen, and viscose, it can significantly improve the rough and hard feel of the fabric, give the fabric a soft and fluffy texture and excellent drape, and enhance wearing comfort and fabric grade.
Softening and anti-static treatment of synthetic and blended fabrics
Applied to synthetic fibers such as polyester, nylon, and acrylic, as well as their blended fabrics, it can effectively eliminate fabric static electricity, improve the waxy and stiff texture of synthetic fabrics, and enhance the anti pilling performance of fabrics.

How to use
It can be directly applied from solution or lotion, and the solvents available are aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons, esters, higher alcohols and ketones.
It can be used as the only active substance in the softener emulsion, or used in combination with other additives, such as paraffin, fatty acid ester, etc. The compatibility of each component must be tested.
It is suitable for the preparation of micro emulsion and large particle size emulsion. Only when it is diluted to the optimal concentration of specific fabric, can it achieve ideal performance.
Recommended formula for use
Amino silicone oil can be emulsified into micro emulsion with various surfactant.

1. Add AS-301, MARLOSOL 13/50, and MARLOSOL 13/80 into a beaker and stir for 15 minutes.
2. Add phase changing water and pre acetic acid, and stir at a speed of 1000 revolutions per minute for 20 minutes.
3. Mix the remaining acetic acid and dilution water, slowly add them to the above solution, and stir at the speed of 500 rpm for 30 minutes until a uniform emulsion is formed.
4. Control the pH value at around 6.0-7.0.
5. Minor changes in HLB or surfactant ratios will cause alterations in the appearance and stability of the emulsion.
6. When preparing emulsions, a paddle mixer should be used and high shear equipment should not be used.
