• Used for preventing adhesion of thin films (opening agent), it is the core anti adhesion agent in plastic film processing, which solves the adhesion problem during film stacking and winding, improves the opening and smoothness of the film, maintains the transparency of plastic film (PPPEPET), has excellent temperature and yellowing resistance, and high durability.

• It is also applied in CPP and PE anti adhesion films, with good temperature resistance and suitable particle size.

• Used for various types of paint films, it solves the problems of stacking adhesion and dust sticking after the paint film dries, while improving the smoothness and scratch resistance of the paint film.

• Used for rubber, elastomer, and plastic parts to solve the problems of stacking adhesion and difficult demolding after product molding, and improve processing efficiency.

• Used for release paper, release film, pressure-sensitive adhesive, to solve the adhesion problem between adhesive layer and release layer, ensuring stable release force.

• Cosmetics: liquid foundation, loose powder and lipstick. Cosmetic grade silicone microsphere is used to solve the problems of powder adhesion and caking, while improving the fluidity and spread of the powder and improving the skin feel.

How to use

• Organic microspheres used for anti adhesion are highly efficient additives with extremely low addition amounts. Excessive addition can easily lead to decreased transparency, adhesion, and surface powdering of the substrate. The recommended addition amount for routine use is:

• Plastic film: 0.1%~0.8% (core range 0.2%~0.5%);

• Paint/film: 0.2%~2% (transparent paint 0.2%~0.8%, ordinary paint 0.8%~2%);

• Rubber/elastomer: 0.5%~5% (silicone rubber/fluororubber 0.5%~2%, ordinary rubber 2%~5%);

• Release material/adhesive: 0.3%~3%;

• Cosmetics: 1%~8%.
