High Resilience Fluorosilicone Rubber LC-FS2430

LC-FS2430 is a pre mixed fluorosilicone rubber with high resilience achieved through precise formulation control (low Mooney rubber, efficient cross-linking system, specialized reinforcement/toughening fillers) using ethylene terminated trifluoromethylmethylsiloxane rubber as the base material. It can be directly formed by high-temperature pressure vulcanization, breaking through the pain point of low resilience of ordinary fluorosilicone rubber while retaining the oil resistance, high and low temperature resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance of the core fluorosilicone material. It is suitable for sealing and buffering scenarios that require repeated compression and dynamic rebound.

  • The high resilience fluorosilicone rubber core is suitable for dynamic repeated compression/buffering sealing scenarios that require high resilience, oil resistance, and high and low temperature resistance.

How to use

  • It is recommended to use 0.6 to 1 part of 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-bis (tert butylperoxy) hexane as a disulfide.

  • Customers should determine the most suitable vulcanization temperature and time based on product size and vulcanization method.

  • The finished rubber compound does not require additional mixing or additives, and can be directly put into the molding machine/extruder. The processing temperature is controlled below 80 ℃ to avoid premature burning of the rubber material
