LC-PPSQ7101 is a type of phenyl organosilicon microsphere, which is a spherical organosilicon polymer micro powder with poly (methylphenylsiloxane) as the core. Introducing phenyl groups into the molecular structure has the high and low temperature resistance, weather resistance, and low surface energy characteristics of organic silicon, as well as the high refractive index, high compatibility, thermal stability brought by phenyl modification, and the advantages of spherical regularity and particle size uniformity of microspheres. Widely used in high-end LED lampshades, tubes, lightboxes, LCD display light diffusion boards, light diffusion films, coatings, rubber, cosmetics, electronics and other fields, as functional fillers to achieve toughening, extinction, wear resistance, scratch resistance and other effects.

  • LED lampshade, high-end transparent PC, PA, PMMA, lamp tube, lightbox, flat LCD light diffusion board, light diffusion film and other high-end optical material fields.

  • High end industrial coatings: matting/wear-resistant agents for automotive original paint, wheel hub paint, and engineering machinery paint, with a refractive index that matches the resin to achieve a matte effect, while improving the paint film's wear resistance, scratch resistance, and stain resistance, reducing surface friction coefficient, anti sticking dust, and easy cleaning.

  • Outdoor coatings: Toughening agents/weather resistant agents for building exterior wall paint, photovoltaic back panel paint, and anti-corrosion coatings to enhance the cracking resistance and UV yellowing resistance of the paint film.

How to use

  • Adjust the addition amount according to the usage scenario and functional requirements. The recommended addition amount (quality score) is:

  • Extinction, skin improvement, and smoothness: 0.5%~5%;

  • Wear and scratch resistance, toughening: 3%~15%;

  • Lightweight fillers and release agents: 5%~30%;

  • Polishing abrasive: used as needed (pure or compound);

  • Note: When adding high amounts (>15%), it is necessary to confirm the viscosity and compatibility of the system to avoid problems such as settling, phase separation, and film cracking.
