Applications of Silicone Antifoam Agent LC-AT804

• It is a defoamer emulsion with high-efficiency foam control. It can eliminate or inhibit foam in industries such as textiles, industrial cleaning, pesticides, oil and gas extraction, coal flotation, paper making, etc.

• It is especially suitable for foam control in highly concentrated surfactant systems and shows  excellent stability in both acidic and alkaline systems.

• It can be directly added to the foaming system or added after dilution.The dilution procedure is to slowly add softened water or deionized water to the defoamer, and stir moderately.Strong shearing is not applicable, and the dilution sequence cannot be reversed. It is recommended to use up the diluted liquid within 24 hours.

• The specific dosage should be adjusted according to the actual usage situation. If the product appears in a paste form or has a slight tendency to delaminate, please stir it evenly before use.

• Avoid exposing the product to extreme cold and hot environment for a long time, which may cause lotion delamination.

• If the product exhibits layering, it needs to be stirred appropriately before use; To ensure product quality, the container should be used up as soon as possible after opening, and the container cap must be tightly closed when not in use.
