Silicone Emulsion LC-260-35H

LC-260-35H is a high viscosity and 35% solid content polydimethylsiloxane emulsion. Because of its non-ionic property, it can be widely used in various systems, such as non-ionic, anionic, cationic emulsion systems or polymer systems that do not form a complex, and can be used in automobile, rubber and other release agents.

How to uses

  • When used as a stripping/lubricant, it can be used directly or diluted, and can be used by traditional spray, dipping, wiping or brushing. Low hardness water should be used for dilution. If 1 part by mass of LC-26-35H is diluted with 10 parts by mass of water, users can conduct a small trial verification according to the required concentration for use before production. It can be used directly or diluted. As a textile finishing agent, the dip rolling process can be used. The amount of lotion depends on the fabric structure and type (natural or synthetic). In general, it is recommended to use a concentration of 5-50 g/L.

Dip rolling process

  • Rinse the fabric thoroughly with a non-ionic cleaner, then rinse with a 2 g/L 80% acetic acid solution for 5 minutes. This process can neutralize the residual alkali in the previous process, avoiding oil stains or roller sticking caused by unstable impregnation solution.

  • If grease resistant resin or filler is used in the process, the mixture should be diluted according to the manufacturer's recommendations. If the temperature is too high, the temperature should be reduced to below 30 ℃ before the silicone lotion is dipped and rolled.

  • Dilute LC-260-35H with approximately the same amount of water in advance, and then add it to the mixing tank as needed.

  • If a grease resistant catalyst is required, please mix the same quality of water in advance and add it to the mixing tank.

  • Dilute with cold water to the desired volume.

Attention during use

  • Use clean mixing tanks, feeding pipelines, rolling boxes, and rollers

  • Dilute lotion with cold water

  • Do not use a high shear mixer when preparing the finishing solution

Package

  • N.W 200KG Plastic drum

Storage

  • Store at normal room temperature and prevent prolonged exposure to hot or freezing conditions, which may cause product separation. Please store in a dark room between 5 ℃ and 30 ℃. If stored in an unopened room below 25 ℃ (77 ℉), the shelf life is 18 months from the date of production.
