LC-HFE7100 is an electronic fluorinated liquid composed of perfluoroisobutyl methyl ether. It has low surface tension and strong wettability, excellent heat transfer ability, good insulation performance, superior environmental performance, and high compatibility with various materials. It can be used as a solvent for anti fingerprint coatings on electronic display screens or as a wetting agent for cosmetics. It can also be used as a liquid cooling working medium and cleaning agent component in semiconductor manufacturing processes such as semiconductor dry etching, chip testing, and packaging testing.
