2H Perfluoro (2-methylpentane) LC-HFA200

LC-HFA200 is a branched perfluoroalkane substituted with a single hydrogen, belonging to the category of hydrofluoroalkanes (HFA), with a molecular formula of C6 HF13. It is a structural isomer of CAS 355-04-4 with the same name, and the core difference is that the carbon sites replaced by hydrogen atoms are different. It still retains the chemical inertness, non flammability, low toxicity and other core characteristics of perfluoroalkanes. Due to its branched structure and single hydrogen modification, it optimizes volatility and solubility, and is a colorless, transparent and volatile liquid at room temperature. It is an environmentally friendly fluorine based special solvent that can replace CFCs/HCFCs fluorine solvents. It is widely used in electronic precision cleaning, fluorine based material processing and other fields, and its ODP=0 meets global environmental regulations.

Features & Benefits of 2H Perfluoro (2-methylpentane) LC-HFA200

  • No flash point, non flammable, no explosive limit

  • Excellent volatility and no residue after volatilization

  • Environmental Compliance

  • safe and risk-free

Applications of 2H Perfluoro (2-methylpentane) LC-HFA200

  • Suitable for solvents, cleaning agents, rinsing agents, etc.

  • Electronic precision cleaning: degreasing/dust removal cleaning of semiconductor fluorine based components, fluorine film/fluorine adhesive seals, fluorine based electrode lugs for new energy batteries, pre-treatment of fluorine based coatings for precision electronic connectors, with no residue after cleaning and no impact on subsequent bonding/coating;

  • Fluorine based material processing: Diluents/film-forming aids for fluorocarbon resins, fluorine based coatings, and fluorosilicone rubber, solvent carriers for fluorine foaming agents, suitable for coating and molding processes of fluorine based materials, ensuring uniform film formation and no shrinkage pores;

  • Precision mechanical lubrication: dilution and filling agents for fluorocarbon oil and fluorinated grease, degreasing and cleaning of precision bearings (fluoroplastic bearings) to avoid phase separation between ordinary solvents and fluorinated grease;

  • Inert reaction medium: In the laboratory/fine chemical industry, an inert dilution medium for strong oxidants and highly corrosive reactants to avoid side reactions between reactants and solvents and improve reaction selectivity.

  • Other: solvents for high-end cosmetics fluorine based additives (low toxicity, no residue), low-temperature cooling fluids for precision instruments (utilizing low melting point and chemical inertness).

Package

  • N.W 20L drum

Storage

  • It should be stored in a cool, dry, well ventilated warehouse, away from sources of fire and heat. The storage temperature should not exceed 37 ℃. It should be stored separately from oxidants and edible chemicals, and avoid mixing storage. Keep the container sealed.
