How to uses

Adding method

• Water based hair care products: directly added to the aqueous system, stirred evenly at room temperature, without heating; Suitable for transparent hair conditioner, essence, spray and other products.

• Emulsified hair care products (such as hair film): add it after the water phase is heated to 40~50 ℃, mix evenly, emulsify with the oil phase, and then add essence, preservatives and other ingredients when the temperature drops below 30 ℃.

• Non wash hair care products: Mix directly with polyols such as water, glycerin, and propylene glycol, stir well, and no other emulsifiers need to be added.

Suggestions for compounding

• Deep repair: In combination with cationic guar gum (Guar Hydroxypropyl Trimonium Chloride), it enhances the smoothness and fluffiness of hair; Combined with panthenol, it enhances deep moisturizing and repairing effects.

• Anti frizz styling: In combination with polyquaternium-39, it enhances the styling ability of hair and improves smoothness; Compound with cyclic siloxane to enhance the product's spreadability.

• Gentle care: In combination with amino acid surfactants, used in a two in one shampoo for gentle cleaning and repair.

• When compounding with high concentration anionic surfactants, compatibility testing is required. It is recommended to conduct a small-scale test first to avoid precipitation and delamination problems.

• During storage, it shall be sealed to avoid direct sunlight, and the storage temperature shall be controlled at 5~35 ℃ to prevent lotion from demulsification and deterioration.

• When stored under room temperature, the warranty period is over 12 months.

• Avoid exposure to extremely low and high temperature, which may cause frozen or deteriorate.

• If frozen, please don not directly heated the products. Warm it slowly under room temperature with stirring.

• To ensure the product performance, please use up the material quickly after open, or screw up the cover tightly.
