Applications of Phenyl Methyl Silicone Oil LC-P261

• Special medium for high-temperature heat setting conditions in textile printing and dyeing: Suitable for textile heat setting rollers and high-temperature ironing equipment, it has both thermal conductivity and roller surface protection functions. It is not easy to evaporate and lose during continuous high-temperature setting processes, ensuring the uniformity of fabric setting while reducing equipment roller surface adhesion wear.

• Heavy duty industrial damping and large buffering mechanism medium: Used as damping fluid for industrial heavy equipment, ship precision instruments, and large hydraulic buffers, with viscosity characteristics more suitable for heavy load conditions and stable damping torque at high and low temperatures

• High voltage electrical terminal sealing and outdoor insulation protection: For outdoor high-voltage transformers, wiring terminals, and cable joints, insulation sealing liquid is used with a viscosity of 150 and controllable flowability. After sealing, it is not easy to flow and sag, and can form a dense insulation layer. It also takes into account moisture resistance, UV resistance, and high temperature insulation, and is suitable for long-term outdoor electrical protection.
