Applications of Hydrogen Terminated Phenyl Silicone Oil LC-HP01

  • It is mainly used to prepare addition-type liquid silicone rubber, high-power/high-  refraction light-emitting diode (led)packaging materials, and has good application prospects in ultra-low temperature sealing, damping and shock- absorbing materials and optoelectronic fields.

  • Silicone rubber modification: As a crosslinking agent for addition molded silicone rubber (in combination with end vinyl silicone rubber), it is used to prepare high-temperature resistant and high-strength silicone rubber products (such as aviation sealing rings, high-temperature hoses, mold adhesives), improving the heat resistance and mechanical strength of silicone rubber.

  • High temperature resistant coatings/inks: used as coating additives or base materials to prepare high temperature resistant and anti-corrosion coatings (coatings for boilers, chimneys, and high-temperature equipment), weather resistant inks, and enhance the heat resistance, adhesion, and scratch resistance of coatings.

  • Electronic and electrical materials: used as potting adhesives and insulation impregnating agents for electronic components, forming an insulating, moisture-proof, and high-temperature resistant protective layer after curing, suitable for packaging high-power LEDs, transformers, and sensors.

  • Surface treatment agent: As a surface modifier for glass, metal, and fiber, it endows the substrate with hydrophobicity and high and low temperature resistance, and is used to prepare waterproof glass fiber and high temperature resistant metal coatings.

  • Other: Used for preparing silicone pressure-sensitive adhesives (to improve temperature resistance), release agents (suitable for high-temperature molds).
