Fluorosilicone Base Gum LC-FS2001

LC-FS2001 is a heat curing fluorosilicone high molecular weight polymer of D3F and vinyl monomer.  It is a linear silicone elastomer rubber made by copolymerization of trifluoromethyl methyl siloxane as the core monomer, which needs to be combined with reinforcing fillers, crosslinking agents, vulcanizing agents and other additives. It is vulcanized and crosslinked (hot vulcanization/HTV) under high temperature (150-180 ℃) and pressure, and cured to form high-performance fluorosilicone rubber elastomer. It has the low flexibility and electrical insulation of organic silicon, as well as the oil resistance, chemical resistance, and weather resistance of fluorocarbon materials. It is the core substrate for sealing and protection in harsh environments such as high temperature, oil resistance, and strong corrosion.
