Applications of Hydroxy Silicone Oil LC-207

• Room temperature vulcanized (RTV) silicone rubber core substrate

As the base material for single component or two-component room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, it is used to prepare building sealants, electronic potting adhesives, mold manufacturing adhesives, and industrial joint sealants.

• Textile fabric softness and hydrophobic finishing agent

Widely used as a soft finishing agent for cotton, linen, silk, and synthetic fabrics, giving the fabric a smooth, fluffy, and wrinkle resistant feel; At the same time, a hydrophobic film can be formed on the surface of the fiber to achieve waterproof and anti fouling treatment of the fabric, without affecting the breathability and dyeing performance of the fabric.

• Efficient demolding and isolation agent for rubber products

As a long-lasting release agent for rubber, plastic, polyurethane, and epoxy resin products, it is suitable for tire, sealing ring, injection molded parts, and composite material molding.
