Feature of Vinyl Silicone oil LC-V50

• Moderate low viscosity, with both fluidity and stability

• Reasonable matching of vinyl content and moderate crosslinking density

• Good wettability and excellent dispersibility to fillers such as powder and white carbon black

• The cross-linked product has high transparency and weak yellowing tendency

• It has outstanding heat aging resistance, stable mechanical properties, and is not easily brittle or cracked.

• Wide adaptability, can be used for various systems such as liquid silicone rubber base adhesive, impression silicone, mold adhesive, etc.

Applications of Vinyl Silicone oil LC-V50

• Silicone rubber base adhesive: used as the basic raw material for adding liquid silicone rubber (LSR), such as mold adhesive, medical silicone rubber, and food grade silicone rubber. After curing, it forms high elasticity and aging resistant rubber products.

• Electronic potting glue and sealant: cross-linked and cured with hydrogen containing silicone oil to prepare low viscosity potting glue, used for potting protection of electronic components, circuit boards, and LED modules, with insulation, moisture resistance, and earthquake resistance effects.

• Material modifier: 

  1. Modified epoxy resin, polyurethane and other resins to improve the high and low temperature resistance, flexibility and aging resistance of materials.

  2. Used as a toughening agent for silicone rubber to improve its tear resistance and adapt to the molding of complex shaped products

• Other fields: As an additive for coating materials, it enhances the waterproof and anti stick properties of coatings.

• It is used to prepare silicon gel, suitable for medical dressings, cosmetics carriers, etc.
