How to use

Adding method

• Oil phase/anhydrous formula: Add directly to the oil phase or anhydrous system, stir evenly at room temperature, no heating required.

• Emulsification formula: Add after heating the oil phase to 60-70 ℃, stir evenly, and emulsify with the water phase. Cool down to below 40 ℃ and then add active ingredients (such as sodium hyaluronate and vitamin C).

• Powder formula: Mix with a small amount of cyclic siloxane or polydimethylsiloxane first, and then mix with other powders (such as talc powder, mica) to improve the dispersibility and smoothness of the powder.

Suggestions for compounding

• Makeup base: compounded with polymethylsilsesquioxane to enhance makeup retention and waterproofness; Compound with silane powder to enhance matte effect and dispersibility.

• Skincare, oil control and moisturizing: compounded with sodium hyaluronate and ceramide to enhance long-term moisturizing and barrier repair effects; Compound with C30-45 Alkyldimethylsilyl Polypropylene to enhance waterproofing.

• Hair care and anti hairiness repair: It is compounded with amino silicone oil (such as Amodimethicone lotion), giving consideration to smoothness and hair softness; Compound with cyclic siloxane to enhance spreading and glossiness.

Precautions

• Carrier D5 is a volatile silicone oil that needs to be sealed during storage to avoid volume shrinkage and viscosity increase caused by solvent evaporation.

• When adding high amounts (>15%), attention should be paid to the flowability of the formula. Low viscosity silicone oil can be added appropriately to adjust the viscosity and avoid the product being too viscous.

• It is non-dangerous.

• In storage and transportation, prevent from the exposure of moisture, acids, alkalis, the sun and rain directly.
