Amino Silicone Oil AS-302

AS-302 is a reactive aminoethylaminopropyl functional polydimethylsiloxane with low cyclic siloxane. Its primary amine group properties are similar to organic compounds, making this organic silicon polymer have excellent fabric affinity and providing textiles with superior softness.

How to use

  • It can be directly applied in solution or emulsion form, with a wide range of compatible solvents including aliphatic/aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons, esters, higher alcohols and ketones.

  • It can serve as the sole active ingredient in softener emulsions, or be blended with additives like paraffin and fatty acid esters, provided that the compatibility of all components is verified in advance.

  • It is applicable for the preparation of both microemulsions and large-particle-size emulsions, and delivers optimal performance only when diluted to the ideal concentration for specific fabrics.
