Ultra-high vacuum diffusion pump silicone oil LC-274 is a high-purity methyl phenyl silicone fluid. It features ultra-low vapor pressure, excellent thermal stability, and chemical inertness, widely used in ultra-high vacuum systems for reliable vacuum generation.It is a single-component diffusion pump fluid for high vacuums of 10-6 to 10-8 torr (untrapped) and 10-10 to 10-11 torr (trapped).
