Addition Liquid Fluorosilicone Rubber LC-FS3440

LC-FS3440 is a two-component liquid fluorosilicone rubber made from ethylene terminated trifluoropropyl methyl siloxane oligomers as the base rubber, combined with hydrogen containing fluorosilicone oil crosslinking agents, platinum catalysts, and functional additives. It is cured and formed at medium or high temperatures through silicon hydrogen addition reactions. On the basis of retaining the core properties of fluorosilicone materials such as oil resistance, high and low temperature resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance, LC-FS3400 also has the characteristics of good fluidity, convenient molding, injectability, coating, and molding of liquid rubber. It is suitable for non pressure molding of shaped parts, precision parts, and thin-walled parts. It is a high-end category of fluorosilicone rubber that is suitable for precision manufacturing, soft package sealing, and sealing protection. How to uses

  • Liquid fluorosilicone rubber is divided into two components, A/B, and packaged separately.

  • When in use, mix components A and B in a 1:1 mass ratio in a three roll grinder or planetary mixer, and then defoam. Mold pressing, coating, and vulcanization can be performed. Alternatively, if using an injection molding machine, the vulcanization process can be directly operated according to the platform.

  • Customers should determine the most suitable vulcanization temperature and time based on product size and vulcanization method.
