Applications of Vinyl Silicone Oil LC-V20

• Electronic potting adhesive: used for potting precision electronic components such as chips, sensors, and small circuit boards. It has good fluidity and can fill small gaps. After curing, it forms an insulating, moisture-proof, and earthquake resistant protective layer.

• Coating additives: added to waterproof coatings and anti stick coatings to enhance the smoothness, hydrophobicity, and aging resistance of coatings, suitable for functional coatings on textiles and metal surfaces.

• Silicone rubber based adhesive: used to prepare low hardness additive liquid silicone rubber (such as medical catheters and silicone pads for food contact), giving the product a soft touch and excellent elasticity.

• Resin modifier: Modify epoxy resin, polyurethane and other resins to improve their low-temperature toughness and aging resistance, and adapt to fields such as adhesives and composite materials.
