Excellent formula compatibility:

• Can be compounded with various silicone oils (amino silicone oil, cyclic silicone oil, polydimethylsiloxane), oils, waxes, powders (talc powder, mica, titanium dioxide).

• It is applicable to anhydrous formula (hair wax, hair mud), water in oil (W/O) and oil in water (O/W) emulsification system (hair conditioner, sunscreen, liquid foundation).

Hair care products (core applications)

• Styling products: powerful hair gel, hair wax, hair mud, styling spray, men's styling products, with the addition amount of 1%~8%;

• Efficacy Hair care products: anti manic essence, long-term smoothing conditioner and hair mask can improve the smoothness, gloss and antistatic property of hair, with an addition amount of 0.5%~3%.

Skin care products

• Waterproof skincare products: waterproof sunscreen, waterproof isolation cream, long-lasting moisturizing cream, can enhance the waterproof and makeup holding properties of sunscreen agents, with an added amount of 0.1% to 2%;

• Anti aging product: it can form a protective film, reduce external stimulation to the skin, and improve the skin feeling of the product at the same time, with the addition amount of 0.5%~1%.

Cosmetics

• Makeup products: liquid foundation, powder and makeup front milk can improve the makeup holding power, water resistance and smoothness of skin feeling, and avoid powder sticking. The added amount is 0.5%~3%;

• Waterproof makeup: eyeliner pen, eye black, lipstick, which can enhance the waterproof and durability, prevent dizziness, and add 1%~5%.

How to use

Adding method

• Powder/anhydrous formula: Mix directly with other powders and waxes, heat to 80-90 ℃ to melt, and stir evenly;

• Emulsification formula: After heating the oil phase to 70-80 ℃ and melting it, add it, stir evenly, and then emulsify it with the water phase. Cool it down to below 40 ℃ and add other active ingredients.

Suggestions for compounding

• Hair care styling: compounded with cyclic pentasiloxane (D5) and polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) to enhance smoothness and spreadability; Compound with amino silicone oil, balancing shaping and flexibility.

• Waterproof skincare/makeup: compounded with titanium dioxide and zinc oxide to enhance the dispersibility and waterproofness of sunscreen agents; Combined with silane powder, it enhances the smoothness and makeup retention of the skin.

Precautions

• The heating temperature should not exceed 100 ℃, otherwise it may cause molecular structure damage, affecting film formation and waterproofing;

• Avoid using in strongly acidic (pH
