How to uses

Adding method

• Anhydrous/high powder formula: directly added to the anhydrous system or mixed with the powder, stirred evenly at high speed, without heating; In high powder formula, a small amount of D5 can be pre mixed first, and then powder can be added to improve dispersibility and smoothness.

• Oil phase formula: Directly add to the oil phase system, stir evenly at room temperature, no heating required.

• Emulsification formula (O/W): Add after heating the oil phase to 60-70 ℃, stir evenly, and emulsify with the water phase. It needs to be combined with efficient silicon-based emulsifiers (such as PEG-10 Dimethicone) to enhance stability.

Suggestions for compounding

• Makeup base: compounded with polymethylsilsesquioxane to enhance makeup retention and waterproofness; Combined with silane titanium dioxide, it enhances the skin feel and sun protection effect of sunscreen products.

• Hair styling: Combined with C30-45 Alkyldimethylsilyl Polypropylsilsesquioxane to enhance styling and wind resistance; Compound with isoparaffins to enhance freshness.

• Skincare and oil control: compounded with sodium hyaluronate, balancing oil control and moisturizing; Combined with polyglycerol ester emulsifiers to enhance compatibility in O/W systems.

Precautions

• Carrier D5 is a volatile silicone oil that needs to be sealed during storage to avoid volume shrinkage and viscosity increase caused by solvent evaporation.
