Long lasting moisturizing and skin sensation regulation

• Soft waxy silky smoothness: the "ball effect" of elastomer particles combined with the smoothness of linear silicone oil makes the product have minimal resistance when applied. The skin feel is lighter than pure linear silicone oil and more moist than phenyl silicone elastomer. It is suitable as the core skin feel ingredient of face cream and hair conditioner.

• Long term moisturizing film formation: Non volatile carrier and elastic film work together to lock in moisture, providing long-lasting nourishment to the skin/hair, avoiding dryness and peeling, suitable for dry skin and damaged hair.

• No residual burden: The film is soft and elastic, different from the hard film feeling of traditional resins and the oil film feeling of high viscosity silicone oil, improving the product's user experience.

Excellent formula compatibility performance

• It can be compounded with various silicone oils (amino silicone oil, cyclic silicone oil, polymethylsilsesquioxane), oils, waxes, powders (talc powder, mica, titanium dioxide) and active ingredients (sodium hyaluronate, ceramide) without any compatibility restrictions.

• It is applicable to anhydrous formula (wax, lipstick), water in oil (W/O) system (sunscreen, moisturizing face cream), oil in water (O/W) system (lotion, liquid foundation).

• In skincare, it can enhance moisture and skin feel. In hair care, it can repair dryness and frizz. In makeup, it can improve makeup retention and moisture, avoiding powder sticking and dryness.

• Strong chemical inertness, does not react with the skin/scalp, does not contain irritating ingredients, and the elastic membrane does not clog pores. It is suitable for use on sensitive skin, dry skin, and damaged scalp.

• Skin care products: moisturizing face cream, lotion, essence, hand cream

• Cosmetic products: liquid foundation, air cushion, lipstick, lip glaze

• Hair care products: hair conditioner, hair mask, repair essence, hair oil

How to uses

• Skin care products: enhance skin texture, provide long-lasting hydration, repair skin barrier: 3%~15%

• Cosmetic products: Enhance moisturizing, long-lasting, and prevent powder sticking and drying: 2%~10%

• Hair care products: repair dry and rough hair, improve smoothness and glossiness: 2%~8%

Adding method

• Oil phase/anhydrous formula: Add directly to the oil phase or anhydrous system, stir evenly at room temperature, and no heating is required.

• Emulsification formula: Add after heating the oil phase to 60-70 ℃, stir evenly, and emulsify with the water phase. Cool down to below 40 ℃ and then add active ingredients (such as sodium hyaluronate and vitamin C).

• Powder formula: Mix with a small amount of polydimethylsiloxane first, and then mix with other powders (such as talcum powder, mica) to improve the dispersibility and smoothness of the powder.

Suggestions for compounding

• Skincare and Moisturizing: Compound with Sodium Hyaluronate and Ceramide to enhance long-term moisturizing and barrier repair effects; Combined with polymethylsilsesquioxane, it balances moisturizing and mild oil control.

• Makeup base: Formulated with C30-45 Alkyldimethylsilyl Polypropylene to enhance makeup retention and waterproofness; Compound with silane powder to enhance smoothness.

• Hair care: mixed with amino silicone oil (such as Amodimethicone lotion), giving consideration to smoothness and hair softness; Combined with cyclic siloxane to enhance spreading properties.

• When adding high amounts (>15%), attention should be paid to the flowability of the formula. Low viscosity silicone oil can be added appropriately to adjust the viscosity and avoid the product being too viscous.

Storage

• During storage, it shall be sealed to avoid direct sunlight, and the storage temperature shall be controlled below 25 ℃ to prevent gel from oxidation and deterioration.

• In storage and transportation, prevent from the exposure of moisture, acids, alkalis, the sun and rain directly.

• It has 12 months shelf life from date of production when stored in the original unopened

• container within the temperature range of 10°C (50°F) to 40°C (104°F).
